Turnkey Interior Projects
From the first design conversation to the final handover, we manage the entire journey, so you can simply walk through the door when it’s done. Design, execution, vendors, site supervision, quality checks, and final handover. You stay involved in the decisions, but never overwhelmed by the process.
One-Time Design Discussions
Sometimes you just need a few hours with the right person. Whether you’re stuck on a layout, unsure about materials, or need a second opinion before making a decision. This is an open, focused conversation with no long-term commitment required.

We style the space, do a final walk-through with you, and wrap up with a professional photoshoot to document the finished space.

What kind of projects do we do?

We work on luxury residential and commercial spaces — apartments, villas, offices, restaurants and retail spaces. If you have a project in mind, we’d love to connect, understand your vision, and see how we can bring it to life together.

When to get in touch?

We tailor our design process to align with both your timeline and our on-site execution schedule. As a general guideline, we recommend getting in touch about 6 months before your ideal move-in date, allowing for a smooth and well-planned experience. That said, we’re always happy to explore shorter timelines where possible.

How do appointments work?

Our process begins with an initial phone consultation to understand your space, timeline, vision and budget. Once aligned, we schedule a site visit, following which we walk you through the next steps and approach tailored to your project. You can reach out to us via our Contact page. 

What we’ll need from you to get started?

To help us understand your project with clarity, we recommend having the following details on hand:

● Project location and contact details
● Anticipated timeline and planned move-in date
● An indicative budget range, including scope for furniture and décor
● Dimensioned floor plans (DWG or PDF, where available)
● A wish list and any reference image are a great help along with any photographs you might have of the existing space.

How long does a typical project take?

A full turnkey interior project typically takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the scale and scope. We define a clear timeline early on and keep you updated throughout the journey.

Do you work outside Chennai?

Yes – while Chennai is home for us, we do take on projects in other cities depending on the scope. Do reach out, and we’ll be happy to explore the possibilities with you.
